I tried calling the hotel direct to make a reservation but I ended up getting some Hotel booking site that made a bunch of promises that they had no authority to make. I was promised a king room and an early check in and I was trying to make sure the hotel where I would be staying had working laundry facilities bc I needed to do my laundry. I asked the lady making the reservation to make sure they had laundry and she assured me they did.....Guess What. The good news is they had laundry, bad news was none of the machines work... read more
