Low quality inn...smoky room' tv nor working.
Not sure if it was because of diamond status member , or these blue eyes , but service and hospitality was impressive. . Breakfast is, well their the only 3 star hotel serving breakfast and seems to be a one man show . Hat off to you sir for dealing with me I'm the morning, with no coffee, and one sock on .
If you're going to charge $60-$100 per night, at least make the rooms liveable. The entire building had some weird smells throughout our stay. Even the rooms were smelly. To make things worse, the AC was barely working. The rooms have a lot of scraped off paintings throughout. The bathroom lock was broken and the TV wasn't working even after the maintenance guy came and tried to fix it. We visit Jackson often and this location has been the worst. The Quality Inn on Gilchrist drive(I think) is much better and just a few mins ... read more
