The room was nasty. No soap in the room and when we ask about getting soap they said they were out of soap. How do you run out of soap?. Floors were disgusting and I don't think they have been mopped in a very long time. No coffee maker in room. Sheets stained bad. When we tried to check in it took thirty minutes due to the man being asleep in the room behind the office. He was so rude and acted like he didn't want Americans in the hotel. Overall a good stay. Room was clean although there was a smell initially running the air did get it circulating. At check in did wait a while hitting the bell a few times and waiting. Room was appointed with microwave and refrigerator. Both having some damage that was very apparent. Linens and such were clean and overall room cleaned. The price and location was right for my tasks and other than the initial wait and maybe disorganized staff I would stay again. Dirty rooms and bad management and staff
This place should be shut down!! Room was dirty, NO towels, phones don’t work in the rooms. Ceiling is stained and paint is falling off the ceiling and walls! TV didn’t work ! They brought a different TV and it didn’t work either! The breakfast was disgusting! Coffee came out of a machine and was like sludge, everything else was cold (except for the stuff in the little cooler) 🤦♂️!
