I wouldn't stay at this place again i had to get a refund cause the air didn't work mold in the bathroom and fridge leaked the toilet handle was broke and the room smelled like sewage. The coustmer service was horrible.
I reserved a room online arrived 3am after driving all night. The office was locked. At 6am still no one there I called my reservation company to find out the had me as a no show and kept my 2 night payment. Avoid!!
I should have read the reviews before I came here. I made a reservation for a king bed and a sofa. The man at the counter gave me a king bed and 1 chair. I went back to the counter and explained, I was in the wrong room. He tried to tell me a chair was a sofa. I asked him to switch my room to a double bed. He didn't want to switch the room initially, cause he said I started using the room. I went in the room for 5 minutes and had not touched a thing. He decided to switch the room. ROOM 80°, NOT READY HUNG UP ON MY ROOM CALL TRIED TO ENTER KNOWING WE WERE IN BED Housekeeping knocked, then tried to enter, as I yelled for them to wait - while WE WERE IN BED, 2 hours before checkout. I finally yelled "DON'T OPEN THAT DOOR" - as we and our minor child were NOT DRESSED. They said, and Front Desk agreed, that if there's no DND sign, they check the rooms on their time, not ours. ***WE PAID FOR THAT TIME.*** When I called about it, FRONT DESK HUNG UP ON ME. One of the worst if not the worst places I've stayed. Have 4 guest and they only leave 2 towels, asked for more and they said no that we could share. Cracks in walls and ceiling. Mold in the bathroom and mildew all over the shower curtain. Also cables ran across the floor and taped down. 2 days we have asked for coffee and they won't leave any. Also pool is closed even though says open. Worst service ever. Also phones do not work.
