This is the most disgusting place we have ever stayed in. Stains from dogs all over the floor, yet charge extra for cleaning if have dogs!!!! Bed sheets stained, doona stained, no aircon, shower over a spa bath. Wouldn’t even make a coffee as kettle looked dirty inside Walls so thin and neighbour was vocal. People up and down hallway loitering all the time. Not a cheap place either . Deserve a full refund. Not one nice thing to say about our stay

Kicking out a teen couple on the street after losing a baby 3 weeks after. disgusting behaviour and rude stuff, love to see how this goes in court leaving std in there rooms and not cleaning it gross.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff!👍😊👍😊 Breakfast and evening cocktails were delightful! 👍😊👍😊 Being such a recent build, l was disappointed with the lack of AA on Emergency Evacuation Sign (1st thing my dad taught us to check). Also, I was surprised there wasn't an Android charging point.😞 With powdery residue around shower drain & unflushed toilet paper, it had me curious about other cleanliness. 🤔 Little things make a difference ✨️ 😌

Very noisy, the road & other guest's slamming doors all day and night, children screaming up & down the hallways plus dogs swimming in the pool. I had been accused by staff on more than one occasion of having other people staying here & that I would be thrown out when my uncle came to bring me some cleaning products, not to talk to other guests who invented me to their room that I was being watched on the cameras & even interrogated about my sexuality, I was even called a liar by staff !.. Oh & there's big COCKROACHES ! 🪳

this was by far the best stay of the 5 months i was there. i would stay again. the manager (tammy) was so sweet towards us kids and our family. when we first moved there it was the best. the room was spotless and ive never seen a cleaner room. they did an inspection every 1/2 months and would give 48 hour notice. i took this place for granted. the owners loved our dog there was a lovely lady . her husband ian was so kind too. i kinda broke the dryer one time and he didnt care he laughed about it!!. the kids there were nice B... read more
