we walked in the room and it smelled really bad , it smelled like pee. we checked the beds and the sheets had stains .there was a spider on the bed . the shower was dirty the walls look messed up . furniture was broken.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in in all my life and I travel and work all over the world and I would never stay here again. The room was dirty even after they cleaned it. Walk around barefooted and you had to wash your feet right away. Bathroom needed Maintenance and a new tub. They had a Dehumidifier in the room and you had to dump the water out of it 3 to 4 times a day. The cost of the room was outrageous for this junky hotel even if it was for the Jukly 4th holiday. Do not stay here .. this place is awful & disgusting. Bathroom ceiling is falling in, stains on the sheet, mold in the bathrooms, bathroom were unclean. Room service open the door without knocking! Wouldn’t switch to a new room, said they didn’t have any vacancies.
For the price we paid $400 the rooms could’ve been better. The rooms need a big facelift. Blankets had stains on both beds . Patches on the wall , restroom was in bad shape . Pool water was very murky , a lot of debris floating , father another guest ended up cleaning pool himself . Overall location was very lit up with light , in a busy area if need to go to store real quick.
