Loved the motel and all amenities..the fact that they now have a on site 24/7 maintenance person is a plus because he is super friendly and willing to come for anything. I would definitely stay here and will be telling everyone I know to stay here..best bang for your buck..
The black guy by the name of Jordan in the office working at night around 11 o’clock on Thursday was extremely rude to my wife and my family. We would never recommend this hotel with somebody so rude at the front desk.
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was extremely unsanitary, with dried blood stains on the walls and a restroom that was filthy and disgusting. It appeared that something had been spilled on the floor, which had never been cleaned up. The walls looked like they had been damaged and then hastily repainted. Please do not waste your money on this establishment.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The front desk at this Quality Inn has no sense of professionalism. I kept receiving calls from them by mistake, and when I politely informed the man at the front desk that he had the wrong number and asked him to stop calling, he hung up on me! Completely unacceptable behavior from a business that should value customer service. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine how they treat actual guests. Avoid this place.
Our room was updated, clean and comfortable. We felt safe and slept well. We liked that the hotel was set back from the main drag - that helped to keep things nice and quiet. We also appreciated the blackout curtains, as well as the powerful dehumidifier in our room. That and the AC kept us cool and comfy all night. The owners keep this place neat and well-run.
