It by far was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I would. My husband arrived before me and asked for early check-in one hour before. They wanted to charge us extra for that. They would not let him check in even at 3:00 P.M. because I had the physical credit card. He was told I reserved 2 rooms which was false. I visited this property while traveling for work (truck driver) and upon checking out I was told by the desk clerk that I couldn't get a receipt because the printer was down he said that it would be emailed to me. I never got the receipt and after looking at my Credit card there was a withdrawal of a large amount of money that they didn't have permission to take along with 250.00 that was placed in a hold status.
