This is a nice hotel. Stayed 2 nights with my wife and kids while visiting the area. Staff were all exceptionally nice and accommodating. Road construction in the area makes getting around take an extra 5 min or so. Outdoor pool is nice and clean.
I’ve never been to the Inn but my friend Paul was pretty comfortable here. If you want an Inn with some comfort, this is the one for you.
We called ahead for a pack and play (their crib option) we specifically chose this place for that reason. Called ahead 2 hours to verify about the pack and play, arrived at midnight with exhausted kids and low and behold they can’t find it anywhere and the lady said “it’s not in its usual spot maybe they moved it” okay? So look for it. You promised us a service and we paid for it and didn’t receive it. We would have 100% stayed somewhere else if that was the case. The staff was extremely nice, and the customer service was excellent. The hotel was pet friendly, but the location wasn't great for dogs. The size of the space was a little confusing, but again, the staff was more than happy to help. The rooms were clean. I felt safe staying here.
