If I could rate this buggy motel a ZERO, I would!!! Terrible customer service! My son entered his room at midnight to find the bathroom full of dead bugs…and the room itself had live bugs roaming the floor. My son left immediately. When I called them, they refused to refund the money because it was reported the next day. Staff are helpful when necessary but also keep to themselves. Nice atmosphere in my opinion which is also a plus.
