The service at this Quality Inn is terrible. I booked a room for friend in October 2024 and the Staff (******) at the Quality Inn refused to honor the reservation. ****** indicated that the Manager stated my friend could not check in. I asked to speak with the Manager and ****** refused to pass me along to Manager. Then when I tried calling back to the hotel to speak with them, they refused to pick up my call. Miss **** You had reservations under your name and it is an hotel policy who have reservation under can only be the one to check inn we cant let anyone else to check in before you!!! ****** has called GM and she said same as are policy NO other person can check in but name on reservation!!! My ** has called choice as well!!! ****** is just following hotel policy
SleepInn or Quality Inn list on their website that there is a fitness room, and this FALSE. They have never had a fitness room. I booked this place because of this fact being that I have had knee surgery. Let not talk about the brown boiled eggs, they peal the eggs and place in refrigerator. I have left several messages for the Manager to return phone calls and no one has. The ***************** needs to do a site visit and BBB needs to hold them accountable for accurate information on their website.
