We stayed for the long holiday girls weekend. Hotel was at perfect distance from Lake George and other vicinities near by. The staff were amazing! They let us check-in early; which was great after a 2 hour drive. They were so accommodating when we requested more towels and needed an iron- they immediately came to our room. Great customer service!! ALL of them were friendly, always smiling and sweet. Definitely will stay here again.
The night clerk seemed to give me a full google search when checking me in. After 5 minutes I asked if there was a problem, I had pre-booked and paid for the room. Called ahead for super late check in. He said, just checking you in. BS. Entire hotel smelled like pot. Bed was comfortable
