Staff is already friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and enjoyable. Owner went out of his way to talk to me and we had a good conversation. I have stayed many time before and will continue. Thank you Mark
I have been taking a trip, alone, once a year to Los Lunas. I catch the train to Santa Fe and enjoy myself. The employees at Quality in are friendly, courteous, and ready to help you at the drop of a hat. The housekeeping department work so hard to keep each room clean, fresh smelling, and plenty of towels. They need to be recognized and shown their work is appreciated!! Thank you for all you do for us all. I look forward to seeing you again next year (if not sooner)!! Janet Collins
Person at front desk was extremely passive aggressive most likely due to out age we declined service and left
