I booked this hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I saw it was a Suburban Studios and Qualify Inn (first red flag as Suburban Studios tend to be not that nice at all). We stayed in room 110. Like some have mentioned, the pictures DEFINITELY need to be updated because I was shocked when I entered the parking lot, it looked so run down and just strange. We only paid like $70 including taxes for the room. The bed was very comfortable. Like wasn't expecting how comfortable the need was. I don't think it smelled bad or anything. Linens seemed clean. The floor was open or broken in one spot. Overall property seemed kind of, not kept up with. Broken glass bottles. Only one dying gigantic 🪳. And the bathtub was very squishy underneath. Other than that it was okay.

Rooms were clean . Staff at front desk courtious and professional. Lady working kitchen Ms Dot went above and beyond. Made this trip memorable. Anytime you go to a hotel and staff treats you like a friend its a plus. Definitely would stay again if it hadnt been raining both days we were there the pool was a plus too. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 star just not that kind of hotel.

Quality Inns’ can be hit or miss.. This is the best one I’ve stayed in yet. Room 201 is perfect. Tons of space, clean, large balcony, shower pressure is great.. Staff is friendly, easy check in, great pool and very clean. The value is absolutely exceptional as well; 4 nights, $300. STEAL. Would stay here again no doubt.
