If I could give 0 stars on the hotel I would. I booked my stay because I seen it had a heated pool. Having kids I figured it would be a nice treat for them. The pool was FARRRRRR from being heated. It was not only ICE COLD it was DISGUSTING it had bugs floating and was a cloudy color. Room service was a joke. Didn't clean the room took my dirty towels but didn't replace them.... The lady at the front desk made my day. I was supposed to stay at the super 8 a few parking lots over. The lazy Oops I mean lady at super 8 was so rude we came here. The lady here at Quality was amazing and kind. I will stay here every year.
I recently just was able to pick up my 2-year-old son once a week to spend the night with him, I checked in to the quality inn (Columbia 65) today, the owner and staff was extremely nice, very welcoming. The rooms were clean the linens were clean, there were an abundance of pillows which was awesome. I really don't have any complaints at all.. The batteries in my remote control were bad and they replaced them very quickly. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely be coming back next week with my son.
Had too many stink bugs.the location is good
We stayed 2 nights. We got into the room and the heat/air wasn’t working. The knobs fell off when turning. I had to keep spinning them before it eventually turned on. Four of us checked in and there were only 3 towels. The next morning I asked the front desk for more and the housekeeper said they can only give out towels once you return them.
