The blonde female night manager should truly find a job not working with people. I have never been treated or disrespected by a front desk employee ever as I was this night. I can only imagine the money this place has lost just from this one employee she cussed me threw my money back in my face and flipped me off. I guess she wasn't having a good night, to say the least, she ruined my birthday to say the least. And I will never waste another dime on that quality inn or any other. There is 24 hr on duty staff as you walk in. They may be sitting down by cameras so just let them know you are here if you arrive late. Be courteous to them and smile and they will do the same. Coffee is available 24 hr day in the lobby and they have coffee machines in the room. Lobby coffee is better. Their breakfast is great with the traditional flip over waffle maker, scramble eggs, sausage patties, cereal, bagels, toast, mini muffins, yogurt, a toaster, etc. All you can eat.
