Clean very nice people working here. Said there was a pool and there was not othere than that all you can ask for.
Booked 2 rooms at this hotel in error for a stay more than a week out. Within 5 minutes I called to cancel (it was non refundable and hoping for an exemption give the very short time that passed). The property declined to cancel with a refund. Would never use this property in the future as their service is terrible.
Hotel is starting to look look tired inside. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, room was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom is ready for a renovation, but it was clean.
Ok first of all, the room was listed as parking at the room there was 0 parking at the hotel it self, the remotes had duck tape on it barely worked the shower head is completely rusted out, I BOOKKED A ROOM LISTED with kids, and now the hotel is charging 150$ for a simple stain on a sheet KNOWING THEY JUST RENTED A ROOM TO CHILDREN, we travel to Barrie monthly and couldn’t get a room at the monte carol inn, and stayed at this hotel let me tell you if that happens again we will NOT be settling for thishotel. Awesome place to stay...Ladies at front desk were Friendly and very helpful...I would highly recommend this place...will definitely be back...
