Vanessa at front desk was an absolute sweetheart. Outgoing, patient and knowledgeable. Clean rooms and common areas. All staff encountered were amazing!
worst hotel in the city
Amazing service from check in, night, and check out staff! All so nice and personable The rooms were very clean and being on the first floor is nice for having a sliding door. The breakfast was definitely slightly better in the advertising however free breakfast is always appreciated. The tvs do not have smart features which is truly the only inconvenient thing in the whole stay, and even then is so minor.
