Great clean place. No elevator was a downfall..they did assist to bottom floor..
Reserve a room and NEVER GET THE ROOM WE RESERVED. Second time we stayed and 2nd time its happened. Smaller room smaller beds same price, the man at the desk didnt even mention it. Ran our card , when we went down to tell him it was wrong room he told us it was all that he had. We didnt book through an alternative booking site, it was directly through the hotel and they still didnt have the room we reserved.
Was charged double for one night and was never reimbursed. My bank is telling me it's the quality inn that has taken the money and is refusing to return it. The supervisor on shift refused to give me her supervisors number or return the money taken. Going to fill out a police report to see if it helps recover the money this hotel stole from my credit card.
