NO SHUTTLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I have stayed at this location a few times and liked it they always sent me a driver and now today all of a sudden I asked for a driver and they told me to call them when I got here and now I'm sitting at the airport calling them and they just keep hanging up the phone on me do not stay here if you're relying on a shuttle
They are under new management so some things will take time to get better, but Andy was absolutely sweet and professional! He will make sure your stay is up to your standards.
The staff is sweet and location great by airport and hot tub swimming pool for the kids great breakfast
Rooms were clean, service good, the toilet seat needs repaired, breakfast decent. No major complaints
look at my pictures for the reality of this place. because what we THOUGHT we were booking IS NOT anything close to what we actually walked into. we found clumps of hair in and behind the bed, sheets and pillow cases dirty, stained and ripped up, and we had to switch rooms entirely because our first room’s A/C didn’t work at all. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. only good thing about this place is the guy at the front desk. super friendly and got us moved immediately, unfortunately the place is just run down and it shows. both room... read more
