To start, the frontdesk employee gave me the wrong room. Then he gives me a 3rd floor room and tells me that they have no elevator. I request a room in the 1st floor. He says there is none available. However, there were basically no guest and parking lot almost empty, sure "none available". Then when me and my wife get into the room it was hot, they had the ac off (i guess to save electricity). This is was one of worst hotels I've ever been to. The elevator was not working, roaches in my room, muggy, room was not cleaned properly. It was Family Weekend at the University so we had to stay, no other hotels available. It was disgusting, do not stay there!!!!!
Elevator not working room smelled. Bed was comfy, used for one night...while going thru building lots of stains in hallways..looks like renovations are active ... I'll be coming back more often so hopefully it will get better . Breakfast is sub par just waffle or a toast. No butter cream cheese only grape jelly ...
