good access to everything
with my room my problem was my handicap sister. handlycap rooms are outside. no space for caregiver. they give me a ramp. but it was placed by the tuff almost lost my sister (by almost falling out of wheel chair because of little turning room on walk way going into tuff). I had a trouble time with door lock. they had to open the door for 3 times for me and reprogram my key 4 times. the pool has a left for the handicap but no ramp to get there. the service was awesome. AC doesn't work room keys have to constantly be redone, only decent thong is the bed and thats pushing it.
I had family stay in this hotel and was very displeased with it.my sister said she had the cleaning crew to come and clean the room over and when she came back found mens underwear behind the door. My cousin said towel were dingey and had stains on the sheets , he checked out. I was so embarrassed.
Room was nice & soft towels. Loved the atrium & pool. Only didnt get 5 stars as breakfast missing plates & stuff for waffles. Seemed batter was too thick. Didnt see fresh fruit.
Have stayed at this hotel many many times over the last 2 years as our son has been attending the college. I recently booked 2 rooms for my elderly parents travelling from Australia to attend their grandsons graduation. Both have knee replacements and on booking a requested ground floor rooms. Today I went to confirm the bookings prior to their arrival and was told the hotel could not guarantee ground floor rooms. Even when I spoke to the manager he to was nope sorry can't guarantee that.
