My reservation was made through Priceline. I arrived on August 30th at 7:15 pm. There was no one at the desk. After 15 minutes someone appeared and said, "I'm sorry if your room is not clean, but I'm the only employee working". I walked out; lost my deposit. Do not stay here! This hotel is an embarrassment to the industry and to Priceline! Priceline needs to take this hotel off their site!
We checked into our room.. it wasn't clean at all... the bed wasn't changed we always pull back the covers and check the pillows cases found red specks on the pillow and brown spots on the sheets clearly the bed hadn't been changed. They left a half ranked bottle of water on the dresser, used soap on the sink top,hair in the tub along with black stuff around the toilet looked horrible I took pictures.. the receptionist was very nice she made a call and had us moved to a suite for the night which I did go check out and it was... read more
These people are just plain thieves quoted me 80.00$ charged my card 143.56 BEWARE BEWARE
