This place deserves 0 stars … don’t ever stay at this hotel !!! There is nothing “Quality” about this Quality inn We left two nights early because the conditions were horrendous rooms smelled floors warped by water damage dead and live bugs. Nobody from the hotel was available Even talk too front desk lobby was locked.. couldn’t get ahold of anyone via the phone number either kept saying disconnected. Emailed the hotel manager no response can’t even get partial refund. You’d be better off staying behind a dumpster then this ... read more
Arrived at midnight to check in, I had reservations for over a month. All lights were off and doors locked. A note on the door said "no rooms dont call" We were never able to check in and as this was saturday night on a holiday weekend all hotels within 150 miles or so were booked. Completely screwed us over on a 13 hr drive.
