only decaffeinated coffee in room and front dest refused to get regular coffee. I dont give a crap about the covid hoax! I payed for coffee and I want it. no breakfast! wtf???

This “in” is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in! The hotel front desk is disrespectful they said our music was load and the TV was on. I told the man that’s this you your facility and if the walls and infrastructure is shallow that’s should not have anything to do with me watching tv. I reacted a full refund and the front desk worker denied it and said you people are to load! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
08/27/2019 I booked 2 rooms on 08/24/2019 for my Wife via Booking.com: My Wife arrived at the Quality Inn located at 95 Scott Rd. in Waterbury, CT for check in. Upon inspecting the rooms, 1 room had a terrible odor and stains were visible on the Duvet covers. In addition, later that evening my Wife and friends were approached by drug dealers offering drugs on your property. Big rooms, nice clean bathroom, friendly staff
Customer service was good, bed was comfortable, pillows not so much, and unfortunately the neighborhood is not that great!
