They came to our old farm house that had electric baseboard heating with no A/C, and no venting. They did an excellent job of running all the duct work, installing the vents, and putting in systems with limited space. The gentlemen were all very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with this company.
Poor service. Had **** come out and fill my AC unit with refrigerant and told me he put in a pound. The next day, all you could hear coming from the unit was a grinding noise. I had called them and had them show up the next day. He explained he had overfilled the unit with refrigerant, and proceeded to explain he was going to price me up a new unit or compressor. They are charging me for their mess up when they destroyed my AC Compressor.

Sorry for the way this went. We try to have good customer service. We had never worked on this unit before. Our tech was told that is always low on refrigerant every year. Tech checked the charge and from the pressure reading it showed low on charge. Tech added refrigerant and pressure was not coming up like he would like it to.
