Ordered a humidor online from these guy's and the very next day got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to my humidor being out of stock. I get on the phone and was told that that particular wd 400 is discontinued but we have the wd 450 in stock. The price he was asking for the 450 was more than twice the amount I had already paid the day prior to have it cancelled and then they tried to rope me in like some idiot for double? They give a BAD NAME to the word QUALITY!
The service was great and reliable,
Great customer service and my products came on time. Highly recommend.
Great products my grandpa loves this brand!! and great customer service!
