Quality Importers aka Xikar does not value their customers. Their warranties are a scam. Do not buy anything from them and expect the warranty to be honored fairly. I purchased a very nice cigar lighter from them that they no longer make so I’m getting a cheaper model in exchange under their warranty. They claim because it’s a single torch lighter and made of the same type material that it’s the same. Buy another brand like Dupont or Lotus. Do not support this company. Oh…quick update. Junk Xikar lighter, got broken after 2 months of use, should pay $100 to send to them for warranty service. Losers…

Ordered a lighter from a 3rd party website, had a manufacturer defect and did not work. They worked with me and had a replacement sent out the very next day. Rare to see such good CS nowadays. Certainly earned my respect.

Sent 2 lighters back for repair or replacement under warranty. 9 weeks later, finally received replacements, after multiple emails asking where my lighters were, and both appear to be used or refurbished and both are damaged or don't work. Your better off buying a $20.00 Jetline. Xikar lighters are complete junk and their customer service isn't far behind.
