Absolute piss poor customer service. I sent my Xikar trezo lighter in for warrantee nearly 2 months ago every single time I email them regarding an update on the return they send me the same thing its going to the shippers next week and they will give you an update. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Very unprofessional company...with $300 min order....which NO other similar cigar acc Co has. Total scam. Fortunately there are other supliers with no min. Should I list them?
Quality Importers aka Xikar does not value their customers. Their warranties are a scam. Do not buy anything from them and expect the warranty to be honored fairly. I purchased a very nice cigar lighter from them that they no longer make so I’m getting a cheaper model in exchange under their warranty. They claim because it’s a single torch lighter and made of the same type material that it’s the same. Buy another brand like Dupont or Lotus. Do not support this company. Oh…quick update.
