Brandon came out today and could have told me that I needed a lot more done but instead, he reconnected a wire, charged me only the diagnostic fee, and that was it. This was a really great experience. Experience. He was on time and cordial, respectful, efficient and honest.

Brandon came out, did a careful system checkup, reprogrammed the thermostat, answered a few questions, and hugged our dog. It was great service.
Blue Fox offers a maintenance plan, which we subscribed to. Twice a year (spring & fall). We received our fall checkup today. Mike Everroad was our tech and he performed all checks in a timely manner and very professional. Thanks, Blue Fox!
Excellent Service! He did a great job fixing my air conditioner — diligent, thorough, and very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, was kind and informative, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail.
