Had Blue Fox put in a heating and ac unit. It didn't work right out the gate. They did come back and make it work. But then they wanted more money. I refused b/c I paid them X amount to have a working Heater and ac unit. Which they did not deliver on. They were very difficult to work with, didn't seem to understand that I paid to have a working heating/ac unit not a non-working one. And now, one year later it's not working at all. BRAND NEW!!! Had a failed Capacitor and Blue Fox had the Air fixed and running within 2 hours of phone call. Wow just incredible service. My technician Mike was friendly and highly professional. This is my second interaction with Blue Fox and I give them the highest recommendation. Use this company for all your AC&R needs!
