The products used were top quality, the siding, the doors, new facia boards and repairs done correctly, even the trimming around the windows and doors, and the layout of the gutters and down spouts. My grandparents bought our house in 1951 here in Ozone Park, NY. The original roof was cedar wood with tar paper and then shingles. I do remember my parents getting the roof done like 30 yrs ago. The roofer back than just put tar paper and shingles on top of old roof. We knew our roof was old and would need a major overhaul, as we were seeing water damage in our attic. I called this company today for an estimate for a roof repair or replacement. I was told by the receptionist that my husband NEEDED to be home in order to have someone to come for the estimate. She literally would not schedule me the appointment. This company should be ASHAMED of their out of date, sexist policy. I’m pretty sure that if my husband called for the estimate they would not require the wife to be there. We are business owners ourselves and find this treatment despicable. Quality Homes was excellent, the work was amazing the contractors came on time did a great job replacing our windows and doors.I would highly recommend them.
I had quality homes by come to my house and replace all my windows , siding , gutters, and 4 support beams. They only took 4 days to complete the project. Chris the project manager was a great guy very easy to work with. And Rudy the team leader was very talented along with his crew. Amazing job guys.
