We have been in our house built by Quality Homes(QH) for almost a year. We signed a contract in 2/2022, and settled 4/2024. QH customized our home design that was a mix of two different styles of homes they offered. We purchased a double lot hoping to build the house in the middle, but due to large oak trees on our property, the engineering plans were changed, and moved the house to one lot to keep the trees. They made the process of building a new home from Texas very easy. All of their staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that came up. We love our home! Quality made our new home exactly how we wanted it! The entire staff treated us with respect and care- the beautiful boat garage will keep our T-top fishing boat safe and protected from the weather. I hired this company after my previous builders went out of business in the middle of our home build. Quality Homes offered to help us out of a sticky situation and took over the project. I cannot say enough about this company! They did exactly what they said they would do in the time they said it would take. From the day they took over the project to one year later completed with zero issues. The house is AMAZING!
