I was so blessed to have these people helping me with my mom. Carol was so sincere and helpful and caring and she found us the perfect live-in for MOM. Carol also called frequently to check on how everything was going and she really cared and the staff there was very good
Worst agency I've ever dealt with. Refused to send out caregivers when scheduled called out. PCA didn't have licence to drive. Locked out of apartment. Left in hallway with service animal. Burned by carelessness of PCA. Had to call police twice two different caregivers to retrieve belongings. One PCA broke cellphone another destroyed pots and pans. Say their insured boned but refuse to pay for another.
I wish we were as lucky as others who have left reviews. We tried two different caregivers for our mother over the last two+ months and both were extremely unreliable. We were not made aware when they were going to be late and/or not available (sick, car trouble, family issues, sometimes just a no-show) until very late in the day after she was alone for an extended period. Rather than alleviating worry, the experience with Quality Homemakers created more issues.
