6 years ago we bought a home in St Pete built in 1935. After much research and planning, we hired Quality Home Renovation to do a complete restoration. Grady, Diane, and their team did such a fantastic job that we now turned our attention to the original garage. They lifted it 2 feet, poured a new foundation, added beautiful windows, and turned it into a wonderful gym and media room. After falling victim to a scam contractor who started our kitchen renovation with no intention of finishing it, we were left in a stressful and frustrating situation. We are very impressed with QHR. They are professional and their attention to detail is phenomenal. Diane was a pleasure to work with and explained the financials to us in a clear and concise manner. Grady and his team are master craftsmen whose knowledge of 100 year old homes is impressive. Work was done in a timely manner and they deliver what they promise to do.
