If I could give a 0 I would! They are terrible. I use to work for them and I know all their dirty secrets on why they don’t pick certain people to rent from. I have them a huge notice that I was planning to move out and they renewed my lease saying that I’m responsible for another year. I called them 30+ times, emailed, text, stopped by the office ( the lady had the door locked during business hours and wouldn’t answer the door). Please do NOT rent from this company, especially if you anticipate work being needed on the home. Rented from them for over a year and nothing that was promised was ever worked on. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They are impossible to get into contact with, as they ignore all calls and respond with text messages. They will also try to scam you out of your deposit and more if you do not know how to defend yourself. Awful experience. Would rate 0 stars if I could
