I had my eyes wide shut when I first saw the property and was present during the inspection. Patrick drove from Montgomery to Auburn and spent at least 3 hours at the property. He was extremely thorough and professional. He answered my questions, conducted his inspection, and turned around his detailed report on the same day. I must say, Patrick responds in a timely fashion and takes pride in his work. You are not getting some rush job and end up buying a lemon. You are definitely getting your money's worth from him. He provides his opinion in detail with problem areas needing attention, as well as clear photos pointing out the area's so you see and understand what he is referring to.
