Missed the fact that the roof was not nailed down correctly. When I purchased the home the roof was 2 years old with 2 nails per 3ft shingle. One strong wind storm and I was replacing the roof about a year later. Missed clear signs of moisture in the basement. I should’ve sued both the home inspector and seller but I failed to act/notice within the 2 year statute of limitations.
