Mr. Randy is an excellent professional and a very kind person. During the inspection, he paid attention to every detail in order to provide an accurate assessment of the house's condition. He also answered all my questions about some of the house's features and provided helpful explanations. I can truly say that he is an excellent master of his profession. Thank you very much. Hire Randy to conduct your home inspection! Randy did an awesome job with our home inspection, even arriving a couple of hours early to insure he would be there during inclimate weather. He was already well into the process when we arrived at the scheduled time, at which point he stopped and walked us through everything he had already done. Randy did our home inspection and was fantastic. We are first time home buyers so getting an inspector that was as friendly and thorough as him put our mind at ease and made the whole process less scary. Randy is an absolute saint of a man. Loved working with him and hearing his clearly well experienced and professional opinion on the property I was looking to purchase.
