Randy was great, he has an extensive history in construction and knows what to look for. The house I'm purchasing is a very old building, so he was thorough and extremely helpful with giving me tips about the property and providing insights regarding maintenance. Definitely recommend.
Randy is the best. Incredibly informative and professional. He walked me around the new home I intend to purchase and explained, in detail, everything he was looking for. He helped us to feel super comfortable which is important when making one of the largest decisions in life. 10/10 would recommend.
Randy from Quality Home Inspections is your guy! The office staff were incredibly friendly and Terrence helped us get an inspection scheduled promptly. Randy the inspector was absolutely amazing on the day of our inspection. Not only was Randy on time, and personable; he was also knowledgeable and took time to make sure we understood all aspects of the home. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a house inspection!
We had a recent home inspection by Quality Home Inspections and Randy Payne. Randy started off by explaining how he was going to go about the process, encouraged us to ask questions along the way and was very professional! He explained what he was looking for at every point and advised what was urgently needing attention and what were simple fixes.
