My mothers stroller, which would cost several hundred to replace and I personally thought it was to that point, was broken so I dropped it off to Peter and he fixed it for $11 the same day. He and his wife are great people, his staff is friendly and helpful and I can’t understand anyone not giving this business an excellent review that had actually done business with them...unless possibly a unfriendly competitor. I am not easily impressed but these folks are first class!
They are rude, and have no regard for people who need these items for their health. They make it as difficult as they can for you to go through the process to get the items you need. After waiting more than 2 weeks for the “receptionist” to call insurance - we had to go elsewhere (Jackson Hospital - who took care of us in 1 day).
