Before I signed up with CARETECH for home healthcare. I was with another company ( premium) ((( I do not recommend premium home health))) And But for 2 CNAs and 1 housekeeper who were from premium were UNDERWHELMING . Only sometime would I get the hours ( approximately 3-4 hours a week max) I needed to be clean and stay clean. Quality is a great place to work! The administration and staff treat you with respect, fairness and appreciation. If you’re a CNA I encourage you to apply for a great job!
We work as family, but you can't forget a dime, okay. And schedule is back to back no drive time. And you get in to trouble if you don't make it in time. And you can only start work 15 mins early. Also charting have to use there stupid codes. You can't just spell it out. But the people there are nice. The front office and main director is amazing. Just becareful it's ran like a military base. 🪖 lol
