When your therapy goes on vacation it just seems like the rest of the company don't care they just fit you in and put you on the back burner
They're only getting two stars because the nurses came out were knowledgeable and good with my mom, otherwise it would be a one-star! Right hand does not know what left hand is doing spoke with four people today regarding my mother and her Services only to find out she was discharged without her knowledge or my knowledge. Yet a nurse called because she thought she was going out to see Mom today. Then when I brought up that somebody was out at the house Monday and we weren't sure why she said she would call and check on that.... read more
