Great experience using this company. Customer service was available 24/7. Roofing crew did an amazing job on the roof and clean up afterwards. Definitely recommend!
I currently had my roof, gutter , gutter guards and windows screens replaced by Quality Home Exteriors Inc in December 2024. At 1st, i saw the work done from my next door neighbor. By asking my neighbor questions , I decided to reach out to Quality. Steve came and explained the process . Then our home insurance adjuster came and inspected my roof too . Update: I finally got them to resolve the last issue and payment was rendered but not without insults coming from the owner. I was called ghetto because I had the nerve to call them out on the problems. I was called a liar, although they were proven to be liars. Black people don’t hire them. They the worse.
