The work that was done by Zac (the installer) was actually very nice but the communication with Tim (designer and point person) for the entire length of this major renovation project (kitchen plus 4 bathrooms) was awful. Almost right from the beginning, he would not respond to even the most basic email questions. I usually had to send at least 1 follow up email and sometimes even call the showroom to track him down for answers. Would like recommend and give thanks to Quality Homes for such a beautiful kitchen they gave us. Working with Tim and their contractor Vallo was such a pleasure. Vallo is very meticulous and a perfectionist worker, and would highly recommend him when you need work done by Quality Homes. We went back to Quality Homes, when we needed to fix our bathroom corrected that another contractor messed up. Again, they did a fantastic job and corrected the problem. Would defiantly use them again.
