Need this company to get CPAP supplies. horrible about calling back and have never received replacement cushions in the year and a half I've been with them despite discussing this before signing up. They keep saying they are out of stock although I am able to order them on line with no problem if I want to pay out of pocket. Owner told me to call him directly if I ever have the problem again, but he is never available. I am happy with this website. I can look on here to see about a full face mask and see which one my insurance covers.
The provider was very helpful. I did not have an appointment but staff went out of their way to assist me as I had traveled from South Jersey. The staff was pleasant and genuinely interested in my family's current medical situation.
They were very helpful. Assisted me at their business without an appointment. Secured a specialist to work with me regarding my husband's CPAP needs. They provided excellent Customer Service. I would highly recommend them.
Kozar is very friendly and helpful. He used to work as a respiratory therapist at Hackensack University Medical Center, a first rate local facility. I am switching my accounts here, because every other DME provider seems to be abandoning local offices and sending everything from Timbuktoo, while they offered right away that I could come in and look at different choices.
