Max Mora and Quality Heating are the best. I have no idea who would go beyond like they did. My mother is very old and her heater wasn't working. I called all around town and nobody could get to her till the following week. I called Quality Heating on a holiday and after hours. I spoke to the owner and let him know my mother's situation and her health condition. He was very understanding and before I knew it he had one of his tech guys come out. I live about 5 hours away so I am very thankful and very HAPPY customer.

Chris I don't know your situation, however because it is a rental home by law you should have had a Contractors Licence, a Journyman's Licence, Liability Insurance and a Permit in order for you to have performed that installation, by Law you are entitled to a fine by the building department and the gas company should shut your services off.
