Quality heating was hired by our contractor building our house to install a furnace and a wood fireplace. They charged us \$2200 over their bid, as well as had to be called back multiple times for incomplete work. they began work on our house in december 2012, and as of today, october 3rd 2013, they have not completed all the installs. they have been paid in full for the furnace and fireplace. Total Satisfaction I called several heating companies to come and give me a proposal to change my furnace in this cold -19 degree weather and no one responded to my call other than Quality Heating. They came at 3:00PM gave me a price and had two technicians here by 3:30 changing my furnace.They were very nice, clean and courteous. They covered my floors to avoid the mess and were finished by 6:45 PM.Before they left they gave me the instructions and the education I needed to operate my new furnace. Max Mora and Quality Heating are the best. I have no idea who would go beyond like they did. My mother is very old and her heater wasn't working. I called all around town and nobody could get to her till the following week. I called Quality Heating on a holiday and after hours. I spoke to the owner and let him know my mother's situation and her health condition. He was very understanding and before I knew it he had one of his tech guys come out. I live about 5 hours away so I am very thankful and very HAPPY customer.

Chris I don't know your situation, however because it is a rental home by law you should have had a Contractors Licence, a Journyman's Licence, Liability Insurance and a Permit in order for you to have performed that installation, by Law you are entitled to a fine by the building department and the gas company should shut your services off.

To all readers: My name is Lance and I have dealt with Quality Heating for years, and have known them to be a very reputable company, I recently had them do an $86.745.00 project for me and had very good lock with them, you can rest assure " I would call them again " with out hesitation. I have a rental property where the gas was shut off to the furnace because there were some code violations. I was required to get a permit and hire someone to get the furnace up to code specs. I hired Quality Heating, the owner as a matter of fact, to do the work. He new what needed to be done in order to get it up to code. Here is the caviate, I also told the owner that we were required to have a permit by the County and an inspection in order for the furnace to be turned back on. I would not recommend doing business due to unfair and dishonest billing practices Myself and three other individuals worked with the owner of Quality Heating on a rental property that I own where the gas was turned off. He was hired to get the furnace up to code and we told him this would also require a permit. This is what were told by the gas company.
