Had a great experience from start to finish. My house is 33 years old, original pipes. I had a leak and Mike came out after I got off work (convenient for sure) this was a Thursday evening. My entire home was repiped by Monday at 530 pm. Tanner was great spent most of the time under the house but maintained communication. I cannot recommend Quality Heating & Cooling enough. My AC went out late this past Friday evening, and despite the short notice, they were able to fit me into their service queue immediately. Even though it was midnight by the time the technician arrived, I was incredibly impressed by the responsiveness. Michael, our service technician, was outstanding—very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They installed the new hot water tank right but replaced the pressure or backflow controller of sprinkler system BACKWARD which caused the sprinkler not working. So I reported it. First guy didn't know what the problem was and they sent the other technician next day(today) to assess and fix it. Micheal was the one who came out and did great job (as picture shows) even stabilized the wobbly pipes they previously created and left it. I want to give☆☆☆☆☆ five star for Mr. Micheal.

If I remember correctly, the gentleman that came out was not honest with use. All he was interested in doing was making money. He saw we had a humble home a low income. Tried to sell us a subscription+double the going rate for repairs. I've worked on refrigerator units with almost the exact same parts that ac units have. The capacitor for the compressor cost $5-$20 depending on single or double duty. Not $50-$100 respectively. Then close to $200 an hour.
