Always have had great service and installation with Quality. This job was a tad off of previous experiences. Fred was out today from 430-630pm verifying installation of a new Trane heater installed by Colin Brown’s team. Apparently Colin was unable to wire the AC and humidifier on the original installation date one month ago. Unfortunately, he failed to notify me of this fact despite a post installation meeting where he provided an overview of what was done and how to work the unit.
