Anthony Ely (workerman anthony as my granddaughter(2) referred to him , was very informative and explained things thoroughly. We got a few things done (I didn’t realize they inspect water heaters too) he also suggested things we didn’t already know needed done .. I have scheduled my fall maintenance in the fall to complete those tasks but the air conditioning to need an extra cleaning as it was full of debris we will do before the start of that season!! .
