Bought a $14k heating system from this place 3 years ago and it's already broken about 5 times. That's with annual maintenance professionally serviced by them. Should have kept our 20 year old heater. At least we never had to spend a cold night with our young child then.
Quality’s service techs and installers always do a fine job, as they did in this case. My only complaint is that I was supposed to get a call from the general manager or similar the following day to discuss an invoice from our prior service. This never happened, and my original voice mail at their office about this matter was about 9 months ago.
Employees are great! Super friendly and caring.
