I've used Quality Heating and Cooling for years. I do a membership type plan where I pay monthly. I get 2 maintenance visits a year. Every one of their technicians have been wonderful, always informative and polite.
I cannot say enough great things about this company. Donald has come to do our regular maintenance several times. He is professional and extremely friendly. He never rushes and takes time to explain everything. I have never had a less than stellar experience with any technician or office staff.
Ryan and Caleb were great to work with. Displayed great communication and transparency throughout the installation process. Would highly recommend for anyone in search of quality hardware and customer service!
