After my previous negative review, the owner of Quality Heating and Cooling called me first thing this morning and is going above and beyond to remedy the situation with my Amana furnace. My faith is totally restored in QH&C. I am thankful for the quick response and appreciative of the extra effort Quality is making to fix the situation!!
It’s hard for me to write this but I am really disappointed in Quality Heating and Cooling. I’m a long time customer with Quality having bought 2 complete HVAC systems, 2 garage heaters, a water heater and also recommended them to my daughter who bought a system from them. My latest Amana system was installed in May of 2024. From Day 1 it has had communication issues where the HVAC shuts down for no reason. Seasonal maintenance : Derrious Dumars did a great job. He is very experienced. He explained everything in detail. He found a problem with the motor on the outside unit and although it is running within spec he gave me a quote for a replacement unit and ordered the parts. He was very personable.
