Terry (owner) came out the first time late afternoon - told me what he thought the problem was and we scheduled a return visit to pull the refrigerant out of the system to complete the repair. Timothy Krygier was here the second day and did an excellent job. I got home after he finished the repair and Terry called me to explain in detail what the problem was. THAT WAS SUPER HELPFUL to me as a homeowner who always has maintenance done on my system.
