The technician wasn't ready for the vent cleaning and inform me that the AC drain pipe doesn't have the right pitch which was pout in by you guys

They are nice people, but they did not stand behind their work. A $50,000 contract on referral from my home renovation GC for split system heat pumps installed in 2021. One condenser failed after a year and they did get it working again after several months. Then it failed again and after a winter with no heat they claimed they could not figure out what was wrong because they didn't have the right software from Mitsubishi.
