These folks are amazing! Super qualified, professional, honest, and charge for their services very appropriately. We have multiple mini split systems and they have always been responsive and able to solve our issue efficiently. I am SO thankful to have them in our desert!

Very disorganized. Never mentioned a service fee. That's fine for you charge as many businesses do. The difference is mention it before coming out. After something is serviced, never mentioned what was done. Stated a problem so I hired an electrician to make the repair. Then 3 months later, a lady called me saying the bill was unpaid. I asked if anything was done. She said yes. I said then send me the bill. I gave her the email address again. Also the email was given beforehand in a text when I requested the service.
