Very disorganized. Never mentioned a service fee. That's fine for you charge as many businesses do. The difference is mention it before coming out. After something is serviced, never mentioned what was done. Stated a problem so I hired an electrician to make the repair. Then 3 months later, a lady called me saying the bill was unpaid. Tim and his team were absolutely amazing! They came out right away to provide us with a quote and were able to get our installation scheduled almost immediately after we signed. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Everyone on the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. I’ve never had better customer service or quicker response time. I called at 8am and was told they could hopefully get to service my swamp cooler same day and by 10am Jeremy had already contacted me and was in route to my house. He was quick and efficient and communicated during the whole process of getting it fixed. Highly recommended.
