Very disorganized. Never mentioned a service fee. That's fine for you charge as many businesses do. The difference is mention it before coming out. After something is serviced, never mentioned what was done. Stated a problem so I hired an electrician to make the repair. Then 3 months later, a lady called me saying the bill was unpaid. I asked if anything was done. She said yes. I said then send me the bill. I gave her the email address again. Also the email was given beforehand in a text when I requested the service. Tim and his team were absolutely amazing! They came out right away to provide us with a quote and were able to get our installation scheduled almost immediately after we signed. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Everyone on the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The quality of work and customer service truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Tim and his team for all your heating and cooling needs!

We have worked with these guys for six years now. Honest timely and professional work. Evan is the most knowledgeable tech I have ever come across. Timothy, Jeremy and the whole team are great.

I’ve never had better customer service or quicker response time. I called at 8am and was told they could hopefully get to service my swamp cooler same day and by 10am Jeremy had already contacted me and was in route to my house. He was quick and efficient and communicated during the whole process of getting it fixed. Highly recommended.

We can't say enough about Tim and Quality AC/Heating & Refrigerator. Profesional, prompt and answered all my questions. They did an outstanding job replacing my heat pump and condensor unit. The 2 techs (Ben and Chris) came at 830a and were done by 4pm. I was there to make everything was up and running with out any problems. Thoroughly impresses. 🤯. Furthermore, they were willing to work within our budget and accepted payments. Great job, guys!
