Meant to write a review a long time ago, but was reminded of it when on here reviewing a different service provider for our desert house. Three years after they installed our Fujitsu mini-split system, we have not had a single problem with it. That's huge in my book. I've forgotten the details of the install, but I remember it was fast, straightforward, and there were no upcharges.
