Disappointed. Initial tech took multiple hours and couldn't diagnose the problem. A second tech came out and tried to convince me that a repair wouldn't be worth it and that I needed a whole new $7k system. Got a second opinion elsewhere, problem was diagnosed in 15min and fixed it for a few hundred bucks in just a couple hours. He even thought the initial tech could have even caused some of the problems he had to fix. Haven't had any issues since. So do your due diligence.
