Meant to write a review a long time ago, but was reminded of it when on here reviewing a different service provider for our desert house. I sent Timmothy a message on a Sunday and he was able to send a tech, Evan, out the next day. I had a different company out a few days before and was quoted 4K for a new compressor. As Evan came out I told him about the previous tech and he got to work. Evan was extremely professional and patient with me as I asked questions. I learned what signs to look for as he replaced ONE PART!! After the replacement he stuck around for a bit ensuring the machine didn’t shut off unexpectedly. Such a pleasant experience and I saved 4k.
