I can't get a straight answer for installation/repair. Been going through this for 2 months and then Rachel scheduled them to come out unexpectedly on a work day. I left work to accommodate their schedule. I was told 230-5. I left work at 130 only to look at me camera and they arrived with no courtesy call at 145. I was giving other appointments prior which they never kept. Looking at reviews they are a horrible/janky company that American Home shield uses.
Needed my a/c serviced, it had a bunch of things wrong with it. Ronald came out went above and beyond and got it working right again. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a/c or heating services. They are awesome!
