The service guys are great but I need to replace at least one of my two heat pumps at my house. The sales guy will not return calls or even answer them. You think I would get an answer when I’m needing to buy one or two new heat pumps. It’s really disappointing that I couldn’t even get a call back.
After our property manager refused to acknowledge or act on an extensive mice infestation. We personally reached out to Carolina Quality Air. They came out within 24hrs, and did a wonderful,and professional job cleaning and disinfecting the air ducts from mouse droppings.I highly recommended this company for all your HVAC needs!
They always provide fast and reliable service both for oil delivery and preventive maintenance.
