I was pretty nervous to have my hearing checked because I feared the outcome of the test. After the test, Dave V went through the results and helped me understand what products were available to help me hear better. Very simple process. Outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Highly recommend this company as a matter a fact I have already referred two other people to them today!
