I had a hearing aid that was giving me no signs of charging. It acted dead and produced no lights when placed in the charger. The technician at Quality Hearing Aid Center, did a reset of the hearing aid and fixed the problem. She taught me how to do it as well. She also went above and beyond by cleaning it and replacing the filter.
Dr. Leah Bekker is amazing. She always takes time to listen to my concerns or issues regarding my hearing aids and charger. She is thorough, consistent, and patient. She already knew when my warranty would expire and had set a note in my chart to make an appointment with her the month before that expiration date. She is fun and pleasant to visit.
