I was denied care from hospitals and doctors because they would not accept this plan. I had cancer & it was terrifying.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My friend worked for them for a couple months. She said it was the worst experience ever. Extremely unprofessional and they are degrading.
They never paid to my PCP!!!
First off, Quality Health Plans of NY is going out of business sometime in the near future. They haven't paid most of their doctors that's in their network
Got letter from my doctor's office saying they are droppling Quality Health Plans due to the fact they have not been receiving payment. I am so disappointed in the healthcare plan. My opinion is they will go out of business and reinvent themselves under another name. Typical of plans like this.
