I had a house built a couple of summers ago and had "Quality Gutters" install the rain gutters. When winter came, I noticed the seams of the gutters leaking. I climbed up to take a look and found the silicone sealer they used was sitting in the gutter not adhered to the surface. Obviously the surface had not been prepped correctly to allow the silicone to stick. I called Chad at "Quality Gutters" and he said he would come out to fix the seams. Chad never showed.
