We started using QGP a few months back for our printing needs and I could not be happier. From our first time printing with them, they answered all of my questions, provided many different quotes, made suggestions on paper weight, and even called me to walk me through how to appropriately export my work from Adobe Indesign to get the best quality print possible. We have worked with Joe & Sam for several years. Everything they print is of the highest quality and we are incredibly grateful for the care and attention they give our small private school. Recently we had an accordion brochure printed, it was a little bit more complicated than most of our projects. During the design and printing stage they went above and beyond. Too pricey. Staffs are too busy doing so many other errands. No one is dedicated to man their front desk. When I was asking the price quote over the phone, they asked me to send pic first then within 2 days will answer. I went straightly walked there but then they were too busy for me. So finally I went straightly to their competitor who did 180⁰ much better job than what they performed #VerySad they lost potential customer & potential 5 stars from me :)
